Thank you for visiting Ben Shaffer Recreation! We are Patty and Scott Tumminello, the proud owners currently residing in NJ with our grown twins Ryan & Anthony and our teenage daughter Francesca. Our family encompasses a myriad of uniqueness which includes both physical and learning challenges. We will spare you all the details, the bottom line is that it started with Ben Shaffer Associates consulting with the twins for an inclusive playground in our hometown and ended with George and Eileen Herberger offering Scott an employment opportunity that has changed our lives forever. Fast forward 15 years and as they say, the rest is history. Pending your personal beliefs, you could say it was due to a bit of happenstance, good luck, or faith, we believe all three played a part in beginning our journey of owning Ben Shaffer Recreation. We spend every day creating environments that cater to and promote recreational inclusion for people of all abilities. We provide the highest quality, 95% made in the USA products from sustainable conscious manufactures. Outdoor products that promote community, family, fun, play, fitness, and all-encompassing, multigenerational inclusive recreational environments.
